Scope of services

- This quotation covers only the services explicitly outlined. Any additional work, including extra optimization efforts, updates, or new requests, may incur additional charges.

Acceptance of Quotation

- Acceptance of this quotation constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Once accepted, payment of any deposit required is due prior to commencement of services.

Payment Terms

- Payments can be made via credit card payments only

- Invoices will be issued on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis to be issued by the 5th of each month, based on the subscription payment term chosen by the client

- All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Service Delivery Timeline

- We will make reasonable efforts to complete services by the agreed-upon timeline. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will communicate any adjustments promptly.

Client Responsibilities

- The client agrees to provide all necessary information, access, and support required to complete the project efficiently. Any delays in providing such information may affect the project timeline.

Changes and Additional Requests

- Any changes to the project scope or additional service requests must be agreed upon in writing. These may result in revised pricing.

Cancellations and Refunds

- Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected]

- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.

- We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made after a billing cycle has started.

- We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused services.

- If you cancel before the end of your billing period, you will still have access to the service until the end of your current subscription cycle.

- In cases of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or special circumstances, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Limitations of Liability

- While we strive to optimize your Google Maps listing to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or results due to the nature of online algorithms and search engine protocols.

Confidentiality

- Any sensitive information shared during the project will be treated as confidential. We commit to not disclosing such information to third parties without written consent.

By accepting this quotation, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
